At Whisker Weave, we work hard to ensure your pup’s outfits reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once it is dispatched

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen delays

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice

Payment Method (Important)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available

  • All orders must be prepaid using the payment options available at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

  • You can track your order using the provided link

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • Whisker Weave is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos and your order ID.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
