At Whisker Weave, we put a lot of love and care into creating dog clothing that balances comfort and style. As our products are made with attention to detail and hygiene, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

All purchases made on our website are considered final.

Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

We understand that sizing can sometimes vary, therefore we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

Only one exchange per order is allowed

Exchange is subject to availability of stock

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be provided instead.

Note: Customers are required to bear both forward and reverse shipping charges for exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product

Your order ID

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance

Customized or made-to-order products

Products damaged due to improper use, pet bites, or mishandling

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Whisker Weave is not responsible for lost shipments
